Thank you for using the PK Masih Ministry app and online payment options. These Payment Terms & Conditions explain how payments made through QR code, UPI, bank transfer, payment gateway, or any other approved method are handled by PK Masih Ministry.
Payments made through the app, website, QR code, UPI, bank transfer, or any other approved method may be received as ministry support payment, prayer support payment, counseling fee, event/service-related payment, media/ministry work support, or any other lawful purpose connected with PK Masih Ministry.
By making a payment, the payment sender confirms that the amount is sent voluntarily and with free consent. The sender is responsible for entering the correct amount and verifying the official receiver name/account before completing the transaction.
All payments should be made only to the official QR code, UPI ID, bank account, or payment link shared by PK Masih Ministry. PK Masih Ministry will not be responsible for any payment made to an unofficial, fake, incorrect, or unauthorized QR code/account.
PK Masih Ministry may receive payments through QR code, UPI, bank transfer, payment gateway, or other approved digital payment methods. The payment sender should follow the terms and security instructions of their bank, UPI app, or payment service provider.
Where applicable, payments may be received as counseling fee or ministry service-related payment. Such payment does not guarantee any fixed result, outcome, healing, answer, favour, or special benefit. Counseling, prayer, guidance, or ministry support will be provided as per ministry availability and policy.
A payment confirmation or receipt may be issued upon request, subject to availability of correct sender details such as name, mobile number, email address, transaction ID, amount, payment date, and payment proof.
Payments are generally non-refundable. However, if a wrong amount is paid, duplicate payment is made, or payment is made by mistake, the payment sender may contact PK Masih Ministry within 7 days of the transaction with valid payment proof. Refund requests will be reviewed by the ministry, and approved refunds may be processed through the original payment method or bank transfer.
The payment sender is responsible for checking the payment details before completing the transaction. This includes the receiver name, account/UPI details, amount, and payment purpose.
If a payment fails, remains pending, or is debited but not confirmed, the sender should first check with their bank, UPI app, or payment service provider. PK Masih Ministry may assist only after receiving valid payment proof and transaction details.
Information shared by the payment sender may be used for payment confirmation, receipt, communication, accounting, audit, legal compliance, and ministry records. Sender information will not be sold to third parties.
No person is allowed to collect payments in the name of PK Masih Ministry without written permission from the ministry. Any suspicious QR code, payment request, or account should be reported to the ministry immediately.
Payments received by PK Masih Ministry will be handled according to applicable accounting, tax, banking, and legal requirements in India, wherever applicable.
PK Masih Ministry may update these Payment Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be available on the app or website.
