We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information unless you voluntarily provide it, for example in a prayer request or message.

How We Use Your Information

We may use your information for the following purposes:

• To respond to prayer requests, messages, calls, or inquiries
• To send ministry updates, meeting information, devotionals, app notifications, or announcements
• To confirm payments and issue receipts where applicable
• To maintain ministry records, accounting, audit, and legal compliance
• To improve app performance, user experience, and security
• To contact you regarding services, events, prayer meetings, or ministry-related communication
• To prevent misuse, fraud, unauthorized access, or technical problems

Payments

If you make a payment through QR code, UPI, bank transfer, or payment gateway, payment-related information may be processed by the relevant bank, UPI app, or payment service provider.

PK Masih Ministry does not collect or store your UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV, net banking password, or full payment credentials. The payment sender should verify the official receiver name, QR code, UPI ID, or account details before making any payment.

Payment details may be used for confirmation, receipt, accounting, audit, and legal compliance purposes.

Prayer Requests and Messages

Prayer requests, testimonies, and messages submitted through the app are treated respectfully and used only for ministry-related prayer, response, follow-up, and record purposes.

Please do not submit information that you do not want to share with the ministry team.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We may share limited information only when necessary with:

• Authorized ministry team members
• App/website developers or technical service providers
• Payment service providers, banks, or UPI platforms
• Accounting, audit, legal, or compliance support
• Government or legal authorities if required by law

Such sharing will be limited to the purpose for which it is required.

Third-Party Services

Our app may include links or integrations with third-party services such as YouTube, WhatsApp, Google services, payment apps, UPI apps, or social media platforms.

When you use third-party services, their own privacy policies and terms may apply. PK Masih Ministry is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms.

Push Notifications

With your permission, we may send push notifications related to prayer meetings, live services, ministry updates, events, reminders, or important announcements. You can disable notifications anytime from your device settings.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure. However, no internet-based service can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

Data Retention

We may keep your information for as long as necessary for ministry communication, payment records, prayer records, accounting, audit, legal compliance, or legitimate ministry purposes. When information is no longer required, we may delete or anonymize it where reasonably possible.

Children’s Privacy

Our app and services are intended for general ministry, prayer, and spiritual content. If a minor uses the app, they should do so with parent/guardian guidance. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has shared personal information without proper consent, please contact us for removal.

Your Rights and Choices

You may contact us to:

• Request correction of your personal information
• Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal/accounting requirements
• Opt out of non-essential ministry messages

PK Masih Ministry may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the app with the revised effective date.
